National Volunteer Week Luncheon

Mersey Community Care Association held a luncheon for our volunteers to celebrate National Volunteer Week on the 21st May 2021.

This year, the 2 course luncheon was held at the Devonport RSL Sub Branch Inc. (brilliant food!). MCCA gather prizes to raffle (which were exclusive to our volunteers only) for purchase on the day.

We would like to acknowledge and graciously thank our sponsors for the raffle prizes as it truly did make the day!
1st Prize - 2 nights accommodation at the Grindlewald Hideaway Chalet for 2 adults and 2 children + a double pass to Tasmanian Zoo. Sponsors of this prize were: Aspect Tamar Valley Resort, the Honorable Michael Gaffney MLC and Tasmania Zoo
Won by: Noelene Hoare
2nd Prize - $100 meal voucher to Prem's Seafood Bar & Grill and an Esky pack! Sponsors for this prize were: Becks Mitre 10 and Hasta La Vista Designs
Won by: Narelle Rodgers
3rd Prize - Breakfast for 2 and a $30 Meat Pack Voucher.
Sponsors for this prize were: FOUR WAYS CAFE and Automobile solutions
Won by: Noel Austen
Lucky Seat Prizes was donated by Prem's Seafood Bar & Grill (4 x gift vouchers for $25 each).
Lucky Door Prize was donated by Automobile solutions (1 x $30 Meat Pack Voucher)
There are so many amazing people in our community.
