2026 Fee Adjustments

In line with our annual review of fees and services, we have made the difficult but necessary decision to increase our fees by a nominal amount. Please see below the new fee structure that will come into effect from the 1st of April 2026.

Please note that all transport & home services until the 1st of April 2026 will be invoiced at the existing rates. The rates from the 1st of April 2026 are below.

Support at Home kilometre fees to increase from $1.55 per kilometre to $1.85 per kilometre including minimum charge of $18.50 per journey for first 10 kilometres.


Support at Home “Out and About” fee to increase from $35 to $40 per trip.
